By using our service you agree to our terms and conditions of business
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and a clear understanding between our company and our customers.
2. Service Frequency
We operate exclusively on 4‑weekly, 8‑weekly, or 12‑weekly service schedules.
This structure allows us to provide consistent, reliable, and high‑quality service to all clients.
3. Scope of Work – What to Expect
We use a pure-water cleaning system, designed to remove general dirt from glass, frames, and sills.
However, the following are not removed under standard cleaning:

Paint, plaster, cement, or builders’ residue

Stickers, adhesive, tape, or glue marks

Chemical staining, rust, or UV-related discolouration

Hard water or limescale stains
If your windows have any of these issues, please inform us prior to the visit so we can advise on suitable solutions.
4. Quotes & On‑Site Adjustments
Quotes provided via photos, Google Earth, or digital tools are estimates only.
If, upon arrival, we find differences that affect the work required, we may adjust the quote.
You will always be informed of any price change and may accept or decline before work proceeds.
5. Access Requirements
Please ensure clear access to all windows on the scheduled day.
If we cannot access certain areas (e.g. locked gates, obstructions, hazards), we will clean what is accessible.
The full quoted amount will still be charged, as time has been allocated for your booking.
6. Weather Conditions
We work in all weather conditions, including rain. Pure-water systems are effective regardless of weather, and results are not affected by rainfall.
Therefore, cancellations on the day due to weather are not accepted.
7. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by online bank transfer (invoice sent after the clean) or cash on-site.
All payments must be made promptly following completion of the service.
8. Missed or Cancelled Appointments
If you cancel on the day, or access is refused/blocked, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the quoted price.
9. Cancelling Ongoing Services
You will be reminded the day before your clean is due, you may cancel the service by midnight the day before via phone or email otherwise our cancellation policy applies. ​
10. Complaints Procedure
We take pride in our work. If you are unhappy for any reason:

Contact us within 24 hours of the clean.

We will return and re‑clean the affected areas free of charge.
Complaints made after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean due to environmental factors outside our control.
Refunds are not offered, but we are committed to resolving any valid issue promptly and professionally.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.
We comply fully with UK Data Protection laws, and all customer data is stored securely.
